Shipping policy

All packages are sent by The Courier Guy, tracked and signed for.  You can expect delivery in 2-5 business days.  

International orders are sent via DHL express. Orders shipped outside of South Africa may attract additional charges for customs and taxes, these are not included in your order and GSM Custom Grillz is not responsible for calculating these.

If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for an exchange or refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unworn and unaltered condition and returned with their packaging. Please note, costs of shipping for returns are paid for by the customer.
